We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Our Mission
To provide the highest quality dental care in a caring, comfortable environment in order to provide patients long-term oral health.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Meet the Doctors
Andrew J. Dvonch, DDS
Born and raised in Rochester, Dr. Dvonch now lives in Victor with his wife, Sheela, and their two daughters, Naveena and Sofia. He enjoys coaching baseball, waterskiing and cooking.
Dr. Dvonch earned his doctorate from SUNY Buffalo, and he continues to study advanced, post-doctorate dentistry with some of the best-known clinicians in the country.
Dr. Andrew Dvonch is an active member of the following organizations:
- American Dental Association
- American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry
- New York Dental Society
- Monroe County Dental Society
- 7th District Dental Society
Neha Batra DDS
Dr Batra is experienced in cosmetic and general dentistry. She graduated from the University of Michigan with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2003. After graduating, Dr Batra came to Rochester to get advanced training in general dentistry at Strong Memorial Hospital. She has been practicing for 8 years, with 7 years in private practice.
Dr Batra was born and brought up in Michigan, and has now relocated to Rochester. Her husband, Amit, also a dentist, will be continuing his training at Eastman Dental School in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr Batra is the proud mother of two young boys. Shaan is 3, and Anik is 1. Being a mother and dentist keeps Dr Batra busy. When she has time, she enjoys photography, travelling, and sampling good food.
Rocco C. Cupolo, DDS
Dr Cupolo was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He received his doctorate of dentistry from the University of Buffalo in 1962. After graduation he was stationed in Florida, where he practiced for the Air Force for two years. He has enjoyed practicing in his home town ever since.
When he’s not at the office, Dr Cupolo enjoys traveling and doing carpentry jobs around his home. He is the proud father of four daughters and one son. Dr Cupolo has been happily married to his wife Carme for 36 years. We are sad to see Dr Cupolo Retire. He is Greatly missed. Congratulation to 49 years of practicing!

We are a hard-working, dedicated and caring staff that is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We aim to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient, and we put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment.
Our staff is trained and skilled, and each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars, including the Mercer leadership seminars.

Insurance
For your Convenience we participate with MANY insurance carriers, and are a preferred provider for
Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we then file your claims.
To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
