Insurance

In the wide world of insurance, we aim to serve as many patients as possible. For your Convenience we work with a wide variety of insurance carriers.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Due to the fact that insurance policies can vary wildly and be highly complex, we are happy to estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot always guarantee that coverage. We do require that the estimated patient portion be paid at the time of service. To make the process easier, our team will bill insurance companies for the services and once treatment has started, we will then file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
