She completed her dental education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, followed by a one-year general practice residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, New York. Dr. Erbland is committed to advancing her skills through continuing education and is actively involved in professional organizations such as the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, New York State Dental Association, Seventh District Dental Society, and Rochester Women Dentists Study Club.

In her leisure time, Dr. Erbland cherishes moments with her husband, Scotty, and their son, SJ. They bond over skiing, boating, fishing, and spending time with their beloved dog, Remington.
